Yes, it looks like bukkake, and considering the cheeky line, that was the point. Notts County Football Club lodged complaints immediately as they said the billboard is "not in keeping with community and family-focused values." Richard Brown from the Meadows told Nottingham post:
“I’ve got a seven-year-old daughter and young people aren’t stupid, they can read and it’s not great that they can see things like this that are indecent.
I don’t think it helps get the message out. The only thing I get from this is wonder why they thought it was appropriate, not anything about milk.”
