Shanti House is a shelter for homeless youth. To raise awareness about their situation, Grey Tel-Aviv created a gourmet meal made entirely from garbage ingredients. They invited food bloggers and reviewers to a dinner, where everyone was excited about trying the food. But before they ate, the celebrity chef showed everyone there where the food had come from. Nobody touched the food.
