I did see it spread among prominent Twitter accounts on July 29, and was focused on finding the root - I must have missed that it came from an official Russian Embassy at that point! Glad you added it to the comments, so we have the record here intact, which is what open comments are for. :)

So, Call & Response clothing read this post and reached out on Twitter to reveal that Donna is wearing their jacket. Specifically this one from the Mosaic section. I might have to change the "buy us a Ko-Fi" link to "please donate to my bladed leather, hand-cut fringes, antique embroidered silk, and lace overlay jacket fund."
It's pretty rad. You have to admit.
