This is a classic tear-jerker in combination with an American football ad. Place the Coach who has been through a traumatic accident in the same room as the actual first responders who saved his life, and let the hugs and emotions commence. It's a shame that all I recall is that Verizon throttled firefighters supposed "unlimited data" during the California wildfires.
The good thing about ads like this though, is that it's real people. Not central casting. Refreshingly real.
