Someone has (apparently) paid money for this billboard on on I-35 just north of Minneapolis/St.Paul in Wyoming, Minnesota. It depicts George W Bush waving, with the headline "Miss me yet?". Nobody seems to know anything about it, nor who paid for it. Perhaps the billboard company got bored (heh) and made a little joke.
