The Unfinished MasterCard Slash Flick

Man, I'm a bit bummed that I never heard about this when it happened, but better late than never. Back in 2001, McCann-Erickson was putting the final touches on an ad special-tailored for the Grammy Awards when someone put a kibosh on the production because of "technical issues." Does anybody know if this ad was ever approved, finished and aired?
