The Dutch city of Venlo is pushing the project (a joint effort with German officials) in an attempt to help border-crossing drug seekers score and scram ASAP.
Though the sale of small amounts of marijuana and hashish is tolerated by Netherlands authorities, a "Super Size" option may be condoned for the new drive-thrus.
