The husband calls his wife over to discuss an ad about Gullringshus. "Would you like to live in a house?"
"You might as well ask me if we should buy a mink coat."
"It can be done."
"Buying a mink coat?" she sounds excited.
"The Gullringshus. If you have some savings. Look here, for less than most people pay in rent, you can get a whole house, basement included!" She has doubts, "What about permissions, and planning, and local approvals? "Gullringshus takes care of all that."
"But there's more, you don't build a house in one day," the wife protests. "That's exactly what they do!" her husband retorts, "for circa 450 SEK a month, you can own a house, so what do you say now?"
The wife admits she would like to know more, so they agree to cut out the coupon and ask for the big brochure.
