Kenwood - Seventies Dance Show / Play That Funky Music feat. Kathy Griffin (1994) :30 (USA)

Having starred in a few Pytka ads by now, Kathy Griffin is cast as the singer at a seventies dance show. However, her version of "Play That Funky Music" sounds like a beat poet's interpretation of the song as there is no background music or singing. They should have invested in a Kenwood speaker system.

Reminds me a little, insight only, of the UK "I need to hear it on a Maxwell" 1990 adverts. See Into The Valley and The Israelites in adland's commercial archive.
