Lejebolig is an apartment search firm. They know that people in Denmark are forgetting to use their common sense when finding a place to live. Apparently there are a lot of fake landlords in Denmark. People are getting scammed. Lejebolig wants people to use their common sense when apartment hunting. In order to do this, they set up a fake poltergeist apartment with a fake landlord who leaves potential renters alone for a few minutes until they have the living daylights scared out of them.
Sounds like a great way to get people to like your brand and not be hated at all.
