The Libero Tiger Collection was designed by Yuko Shimizu, a name she shares with the Hello Kitty designer. She initially thought when approached for this over email, that someone had sent her the email by mistake and they were meaning to contact the Hello Kitty-Yuko Shimizu. Wrong!
