It's not easy to please a countess. Particularly one who doesn't like Christmas pudding. But with a bit of caramelized biscuits, this chef could! She tastes his new take and exclaims "That's a bit of me!" and then winks at him in approval, "Well done, Babs!"

Christmas pudding is like marmite, people love it or hate it, so Sainsbury's has created the Taste the Difference Caramelized Biscuit Pudding to appeal to both the traditionalists and the ones who would rather have something new on the Christmas table.
