Here's an amazingly simple but fantastic idea. Rural Indian women suffer from diseases including breast cancer, fibrocystic breast disease and pregnancy complications due to iodine deficiency. Knowing the majority wear decorative bindis on their foreheads, Grey partnered with NGO The Neelvasant Medical Foundation and Research Center to develop an iodine patch using the Talwar Bindi brand. Then women can get their daily dose of iodine without ever having to change their behavior. Brilliant.
