In all the right ways, this is a perfectly bizarre visualization of the old boys club. The point here is that the secret language of men - or is it the secret dick-handshake - often prevails when selecting people for a raise or a new job position. Belgian advocacy organization ZIJkant released this ad just in time for "Equal Pay Day" 2023.
