Light for the world: Release a blind person from their armband - Guerrilla PSA

Here's an interesting idea from PKP BBDO Werbeagentur GmbH for their client ""Light for the World" (Licht für die Welt). The idea is quote simple, at any given event where people check their coats the wardrobe assistants will hang the "blind person" traffic symbol on the sleeve. The yellow armband with the three arranged in a triangle black dots was in use for decades as a traffic sign for visually impaired and blind people in Austria and to a lesser extent in the neighboring German-speaking countries. The traditional arrangement of the points and the associated assignment of the carrier "two points above, a point below" = "visually impaired or blind," the reverse order of the points "a point above two points below" = "hard of hearing or deaf". When patrons receive their coats back they will remove the armband, and find that the paper it's made of is a bank deposit statement, encouraging them to donate to Licht für die Welt and help blind people around the world. Nice idea.
