ACR, the Automobile Club of Romania, has found a great use for Google street view maps. Instead of showing delicate driving situations in a birds eye view, driving school students can see the situation from the perspective of the car. Why not use this for a practice driving test? Students can practice their traffic law skills right on the actual streets they're going to drive on. How clever!
But wait, there's more, ACR are asking viewers to help them by pin-pointing unruly traffic situations seen on google maps, that way the entire country can become an educational tool - as well as a map. Very smart idea, very well done.
You can find the real life street view driving test in English here: streetviewtest.ro, and see if you pass.
