Indie band Bye Bye Bicycle needed to advertise the release of their new album and comeback... But they only had indie band budget. That is, not much money at all. So how could they let the world know that a new album was out?


Introducing "parenthesis advertising". They renamed all of their old music on Spotify with added parenthesis. Albums like ”Nature” is now called ”Nature (Of This Parenthesis Is To Inform You That ”Specular” Drops Reeeeal Soon)

I love clever budget hacks like this, very suitable for the band Bye Bye Bicycle.
