KFC - Double Down, Double Double Down (2023) :30 (USA)

Seems like the weird snap-chat filter face style is high fashion right now, as the KFC double down ad here uses the look for a rap remix that's an odé to the double down. It's Major Lazer's hit song 'Bubble Butt' that has now become "Double down" as it sings the virtues of an over-the-top sandwich which is a bunless double chicken bacon bacon cheese stack. I mean, as far as ads go, I kind of want to try this monster.
“KFC’s Double Down is the most over-the-top sandwich ever conceived. We wanted to match that energy with equally over-the-top creative executions. Basically, we just got weird with it and the results were a lot of fun.” said group creative director, Enrique Camacho.
Some cute details in the ad, like the dancing cactus-person.
