Collecting the worst pimples of all time, this ad will show you oozing, squirting, puss drooling, mirror splashing pimple popping. I am telling you right now, do not watch it, it's gross. These aren't just your grape sized blemishes, some of these seem to be serious infections. Ugh ugh ugh! Man Sized Problems indeed.
