Situation Stockholm.
An ad was put in the paper describing what seemed like a great apartment: "Studio on Söder, large open spaces, large outside area with sea view...." - at the same time it's describing the living conditions for the homeless.
When people rang the ad, they were met with this message: English answering machine message here.
