Canon "Rebel with a cause: Swizz Beats (2016) 2:16 (USA)

Swizz Beats is championing artists who should be known. With the help of Canon, they staged a takeover for more artists in an exhibit called "the unknowns," broadcasting their work on the sides of buildings. Not only did regular people notice the work and the artists gained exposure, Sotheby's opened its doors for an auction of the artists' work. One artist in particular has been selling his stuff on the streets of New York for 17 years. To go from that to Sotheby's must be gratifying, even if it doesn't necessarily translate into world-renowned fame and fortune. I'm not really sure that Swizz Beats being a philanthropist constitutes being a "rebel," so much as being helpful and generous with his own fame. But the story is quite inspiring. Canon's branded content is well balanced and the brand doesn't insert itself gratuitously. And I love the tagline "There's a rebel in all of us."
