It's been 21 years since Shaggy had a hit with "It wasn't me", but the excuse works even for Cheetos theft as demonstrated in this Super Bowl commercial.
Mila Kunis gets to play the "Honey came in and he caught me red-handed" - though it's rather orange-Cheeto dust fingered, as Ashton Kutcher find her sneaking Cheetos all around the house, and he sings that he even caught her in the shower. Then Shaggy is there to spread wisdom, don't let anyone steal your Cheetos, and if you get caught just say it wasn't you.
I guess it fills the celebrity quota, and we must admit that Shaggy song is really sticky, so its comeback as a Cheetos jingle may become an earworm.
