I built this website. From scratch. Including the servers.
Neo remembers correctly, we wrote about that quoting the New York Post:
The ad, which will air Super Bowl Sunday, shows Pitt buying a six-pack of Heineken and being chased through the streets by paparazzi - who are really after the beer.
Seems that either the PR release described the ad wrong, or the NYP and other papers read the release wrong..... The ad does not correspond to the pre-bowl hype about the ad.
There are now 12,200 hits when you google Ogilvy Bullshit. The funny things is, I only know that because someone did google that and found this page.
Her name is Michele and she is French Canadian.
Looks like you aren't the only one to be quite taken by her charm, see That Pepsi Girl blog. ;)
I'll take you up on that bet - I'm sure they did. What I don't know is if this is an intentional homage, where perhaps The Swingers writers were notified and asked..... Or if we'll soon see this Mastercard commercial in court?
It can't be a "parody", so there's no defence there. I don't get it..... How could this be without some agreement between Swingers writers and Mastercard (ad agency)? ANy IP lawyers hanging around?
"Exaggerating New Yorkers" - the T-shirt is not on the father to insult New Yorkers but because back on the drawing board, the original idea was to keep doing that old campaign idea where E and N- letter words describe the situation. Remember Egyptian navigators and Extreme Nurses?
