Oscar night has come and gone. "Who won what?" and "Who wore what?" are the questions the non-adgrunts are asking today. We say, "Who cares!? What about the commercials!?"
Here's what - Adland has all the ads that premiered on Oscar night conveniently located in the Commercial Archive - If you're a Super Adgrunt, read more for the easy pick list.
NOTE: A bunch of non-premiere spots also showed up on Oscar night, but aren't included in the premiere list for obvious reasons - They've been in the archive for a while now.
As usual, only Super adgrunts who chip in for gas in this community vehicle of ours can view the commercials.

PermalinkThis is like being busted in current events class, you know, the one day you didn't read the paper.
So bloated was I from the Super Bowl, that I didn't think I needed to watch. Plus - I am such a bad American - the only that bores me more than football is the Oscars. Since I don't have TiVo.... I'd like to turn media planners everywhere onto a revolutionary idea: let's make every day an exciting, can't-miss opportunity for go-all-out creative. Make clutter a good thing! Sneak attack the our latter day, Apple 1984 hopefuls during an Unsolved Mysteries repeat on Lifetime (guess why I'm not working in a media dept. somewhere).
