MING named AOR for Swire Properties Brickell City Centre project

MING Utility and Entertainment Group has been named agency of record for Brickell City Centre, a pioneering mixed-use complex in Miami being developed by Miami-based Swire Properties Inc. Phase I of this highly anticipated development spans 9.1 acres in the coveted Brickell neighbourhood in Miami. The project includes two mid-rise office towers, two condominium towers, an EAST, Miami Hotel and 500,000 square feet of retail space.

Phase I of Brickell City Centre which totals 5.4 million square feet of combined uses, begins completion at the end of this year. Swire Properties plans to launch consumer marketing in early 2016. The shopping center is slated to open in September 2016. MING will oversee brand identity and design, website development and consumer marketing campaigns across all media.
