actually I remember a not-bad campaign for similar dead expensive pens that some students did at school.
The whole print ad would have someones handwriting, and in the wee corner was a small image (sorta like the page was folded up in the corner) revealing the author and his/her pen. It started out with classic stereotypes (a punk chick writing poetry about death), other examples got more and more outrageous with famous people and love letters to their dogs. It was a great idea for a campaign that seemed to have the potential of going on forever.

I like the earlier execution with the guy in the vest best.
The pop-up window links to order now for 9.95 - and thats the only link that worked for me. There's is a "sign up for free copy" link but that doen't take me anywhere. Maybe the free calender is for people in the US only and they filter bad danish IP's or something.
Just not sure if commercial sales of Itunes will save the industry as much as train the next generation of music buyers.

[goldblume] Nature, Life, will find a way[/goldblume] - like you said, tapes actually made us buy more music, CD's made me and others cry, we now have the one-hit-wonder album and death of the single. It'll be a rockin' and a shakin' a few more years to come, but in the end, a p2p network, and paid music will exists on mp3.
