Customer experience agency DEFINITION 6 welcomes Jennifer Briskin as Chief People Officer. From startups to Fortune 500 companies GE and Fiserv, Inc., Briskin is a seasoned HR and organizational development executive and entrepreneur who brings decades of experience across myriad industries, including technology, consumer products, and manufacturing. She will work closely with CEO Jeff Katz and President Jason Rockman, leveraging her passion and experience integrating businesses and culture through Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, talent development, human capital strategies, and employee wellbeing practices.

Prior to DEFINITION 6, Briskin was President of HR Innovations, Inc., a strategic organizational development and human resource consulting firm she founded in 1999. During her company’s successful run, she facilitated more than 25 company acquisitions, directed international client groups across multiple global cities for up to 5000 employees, and served as interim Chief Human Resources Officer for multiple businesses. Along the way, she impacted employees of every rank, at every stage of their career, with her out-of-the-box approach to organizational development, talent management, leadership growth, and culture change. She was also sought after for employee and C-Suite leadership development, coaching numerous CEOs along the way.
Following an early career in corporate communications and PR, Briskin segued into the world of human resources as an HR executive at Tupperware, followed by a lengthy tenure as Human Resources Manager at GE. She was instrumental to GE’s organizational development efforts, spearheading custom-designed training programs on diversity and inclusion, team-building, performance management, and career development.
Parlaying her career experience with her passion for mindfulness and health & wellness, Briskin also makes time as a life and career coach as President of Listening Tree Wellness, a consultancy she founded in 2020, geared at both individuals and organizations.
