Eric Shemilt, the store's founder, is responsible for the motif of this poster. The photographer, Barry Ryan, was an English pop singer known for his hit "Eloise" before turning to fashion photography. His work is displayed at the National Portrait Gallery in London and the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
