March is Colon Cancer awareness month. Do you know the signs? Gas and bloating might be it. And guess what? This cancer's preventable with early detection. Which is good, considering it's the second leading cause of cancer death in the U.S.
Also, farts. This spot does a great job of keeping the interest level high because of farts. And once you get done laughing you actually learn something. Good stuff. Also great cinematography here. It's classy, unlike the nuns farting joke. But you know. It gets the point across, anyway. By the way, this is for an organization called Meredith's Miracles Colon Cancer Foundation who want you to Keep farts funny. I love it when people take the humorous approach to a very serious subject. It makes a huge difference sometimes. The British VO helps too, for some reason. Maybe it's just me. I'll bet the copywriter had a blast writing this. I mean, I don't know if it will win awards, but A. it's for a good cause and B. just the fact you managed to write a spot about farts means you've already won, my friend. You have already won.
