Many customers at a Manhattan coffee shop were surprised by a promotional stunt by Nestle for its new "Natural Bliss creamer." The baristas and some other customers were wearing nothing but body paint.
"We are surprisingly natural, as is our creamer" a female barista explains to one of the stunned patrons.
