Meanwhile, an ad campaign designed to increase public awareness of The World Trade Center Memorial Foundation, and hoping to raise the rest of the money needed for the construction of the World Trade Center Memorial and Museum launched last Thursday. The foundation has raised $132.8 million privately, and needs to raise a total of $300 million to complete construction. The campaign created by TBWA/Chiat/Day asks "where were you when it happened?" and looks more like a teaser for a good scary movie than a fund-raising ad. Source buzzle.com
