"Times takes a licking and keeps on ticking" the famous tagline created by agency Hirshon-Garfield a long time ago made a comeback in 1987 as people still remembered it so well. Fallon McElligott dusted off the tagline and added a new twist, a sightly weird sense of humor. This ad which went on to win a Clio award demonstrated that even a world renowned Uri Geller style psycic could bend a fork and curl a key, but he can not stop a Timex watch from ticking.
