This dancing man, Derrick T. Tuggle, is a legend in his own right. He's a 48-year-old, actor, musician, and part-time security guard. He was cast to be in the video as a background extra, but when the black keys and director saw him dancing in the unedited shot they said "that's it, that's the whole video," and the rest as they say is history.
