Bots vs. Humans in Farm Bureau Financial Services Funny New Campaign, Directed by Seyi Peter-Thomas

Sure, technology is great. But humans are more helpful.

New campaign for Farm Bureau Financial Services from creative agency Johnson and Sekin.

Seyi Peter-Thomas, from Station Film, directs a relatable campaign that highlights the exasperating experience of interacting with chatbots that provide inadequate answers to specific insurance and financial planning questions.

The multi-channel campaign drives the point home that there’s no substitute for a real human connection when it comes to personalized service.

The ads, titled “Chat Bot Runaround,” “Random Quote,” and “Business Hours,” emphasize that Farm Bureau's agents and advisors can provide personalized and reliable assistance, making financial planning and insurance solutions a simple and stress-free experience for customers.

The regional campaign will run in AZ, IA, KS, MN, NE, NM, SD & UT and includes broadcast TV, streaming video, radio, print, social media and various dynamic and high impact digital assets.
