CREA "Raid, the banned version." (2014) :60 (Canada)

This is the banned version for the Canadian Real Estate Association, reminding you that realtors know all about a home and the market, and are happy to share this knowledge with you, so you shouldn't go it alone.

* update - Telecaster , Canada's self-regulatory body actually did ban this ad. Alternative versions are airing.

We're talking about realtors, right? These are the people who would sell their grandmother if it meant you bought that "charming 1930's 500 Sq Ft bungalow with the darling walk-in bathroom." Who are they kidding? They'd be the first people to turn "owned by drug cartel head" into "lively, colorful former owners," and we know it.

Yeah. Like that new development way out in the Virginia sticks with low fee land contracts. One problem, no road. Ever get a 4x4 stuck in coastal VA muck? Fun for all. Oh, some of the contracts were like honey to the IRS. The don't-ask-don't-tell rule. Real Estate is the biggest flim-flam game ever. Just ask Clinton's buddies in Arkansas Savings & Loan.

Can not agree less with the doorknob post from Fairuse's post....sounds like a Troll to me with nothing better to do. Our agent walked us through the entire process and made sure we were looked after.
