Snickers - Hannah Davis / Medusa - (print)

Oh hold up, it's almost as if we'd want to badland this Sports Illustrated issue. First there's the models inside, with DirecTV and with cable, then there's the outer cover where bikini model Hannah Davis is her gorgeous airbrushed self on the front cover, and then a really hissy clawfingered Medusa on the back cover. It's taking a step away from the "replace regular person with celebrity" original idea, which all started with "you're a diva when you're hungry" and allowed Aretha Franklin and Joan Collins come be their mad parody of themselves in a commercial once more, though my favourite Joan Collins commercial will always be Joan Collins is stalking me. Now the top model on the front cover is Medusa on the back cover, coupled with hissy headlines. Sports Illustrated is SUPER IRRITATED and other smirkworthy jokes. For a one-off directed to a specific magazine issue, it's not bad.
