Completely oblivious to the fact that the press itself is a branch of power that often beats money. The press is the fourth estate. They can start revolutions, expose corruption and expose government spying, but I guess they're too busy defending revenge porn right now to do any of that.

Gawker attorney Seth Berlin asked judge to let them seek discovery regarding Peter Thiel's alleged funding of this suit. "We would like to get to the bottom of this" said Seth Berlin. Judge Campbell refused to even look at (gossipy) news reports about it stating: "I don't like looking at all the stuff that’s published out there. It’s not healthy."
