I always loved these when I was a kid, I wanted to ride horses and wear hats and grow up on a coffee-farm. I've actually visited Colombia many times on vacations as an adult, and while it's not quite like the ads, it is beautiful. If you ever wish to see a beautiful colonial town like this, book a trip to Barichara. If you want to see coffee plantations and a cute town, visit Jardin or Salento. These ads sold me more than just the coffee my parents drank, it sold me Columbia.
