A new viral advertisement by Delaney Lund Knox Warren & Partners wants men to notice their nuts. Yup. You read that right. The viral spot for the Everyman Campaign highlights testicular cancer and features Dermot O'Leary. Strapline for the spot at the end of the spot asks men to "Make your balls a bigger part of your life". In the ad men do Tai Chi, garden in a park and more with oversized testicles tied around their waists.

'Big Brother's Little Brother' presenter Dermot O'Leary stars in a viral campaign for The Everyman Male Cancer Campaign to encourage young men to check for testicular cancer. Created by Delaney Lund Knox Warren & Partners, the ad shows men going about their daily lives, each wearing a pair of giant 'comedy' testicles. As well as a group doing tai chi, a gardener strimming foliage and office workers in a lift, O'Leary, a patron of the charity, is seen presenting a TV show while wearing the same giant balls. The ad ends with the line: "Make your balls a bigger part of your life."
