John McAfee "Exit Politics" (2016) 5:29 (USA)

< a href="http://www.whoismcafee.com/">John McAfee is a visionary, tech genius and eccentric in the best possible definition of the word. He's also running for president. This ad for the libertarian candidate just dropped and it's all kinds of awesome. It starts like a Wachowski film and then goes into quick cut overdrive with all kinds of footage to make people think about the propaganda being hurled their way on the daily. Some great footage from The Wall, and The Simpsons mixed with some red and blue flashing images that's acts as kind of a visual debrainwashing. If you've ever seen The Parallax View montage it's like that in reverse. Oh, and don't forget the Crystal Method-meets-Nine Inch Nails soundtrack.
The film even ends with a nod to Apple's Think Different campaign, only this time it's Vote Different. Or more accurately, #VoteDifferent because it's 2016. McAfee's Let Life Live slogan is interesting, too. Whether or not a third party system in America will ever really stand a snowball's chance in hell is up for debate, but you at least have to give folks like McAfee credit for trying.
