No, this one was for a moment though: the world's longest billboard in Berlin
It was created for the spot, but I don't know by whom. The line "All I want is a room somewhere" at the start of the song is from My Fair Lady, where she sings:
… All I want is a room somewhere
Far away from the cold night air
With one enormous chair
Oh, wouldn't it be loverly?
Here, instead, they sing:
"… All I want is a room somewhere
A business trip beyond compare
