AirBnB rebrand is bollocks. AirBnB revamps their logo for (ahem) a sexier image.

AirBnB launched a new design today, complete with a new logo. The "Bélo" logo, which it's called internally, is an upper-case A, but people are already snickering about it looking like labia or a scrotum. To make matters worse (funnier?) AirBnB invite you to draw your own symbol with the design toolkit. Let the lewd illustration competition begin. The tagline? "Belong Anywhere." Twitter is tittering about the logo and cracking jokes all day long, Buzzfeed got to make yet another list, and everyone is sending twitpics of the logo around. which is good news for AirBnB as soon everyone will know they have a new image. Win win! Both ReadWrite and the SFist thinks it looks like a vagina. Most of twitter leans toward balls.

With their new logo, AirBnB is sending a clear message to regulators that they do indeed have a pair.

But this is Adland, as much as phallic logos amuse our juvenile humor, we need to immediately Badland this logo, as Automation Anywhere is already using a nearly identical uppercase A as their logo. The cojones to use something so similar...
